Hey Everyone, We had a very successful Conditioning class! We were very proud of how many people come and train hard! We hope to see you guys come in throughout the week training hard on the mats! We are at a brand new week, starting it off in the curriculum, week 11 class A, and then class B starting on Thursday! See you guys here!
